Brad Thomas, CEO and Owner of Pathway Hospice, is a dedicated servant leader whose journey is defined by a passion for making a meaningful impact on the lives of others. The common thread throughout Brad’s career is that in every endeavor he’s taken on a service-focused industry.
Brad began his career in 1994 when he became a licensed Real Estate Broker. He quickly learned that the best recipe for success was to keep it simple and do “the right thing”; always putting the interests of his clients ahead of his own. By 1996, he was President of Texas American Brokerage and a Managing Partner at Archipelago Equities, a Real Estate Investment Holding Company. In 2014 he was offered the opportunity to be a part of Pathway Hospice. Fueled by a profound desire to provide compassionate care for patients at the end of their lives, Brad transitioned to hospice care.
Brad applies the lessons learned from his previous experience to his management of Pathway, driven by a core belief that the only way to provide the best care in the industry is to hire and retain the absolute best staff. In his tenure, he has procured the most caring and highly trained staff in the DFW Metroplex.
Brad’s leadership at Pathway Hospice embodies a holistic and empathetic approach to healthcare. His transition to hospice care marks a significant chapter in his professional journey, where his vision aligns with the noble mission of enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families facing the complexities of end-of-life experiences.
